They’re sometimes known as peaceful phlegmatics. They “go with the flow,” they are easy to be with because they are peaceful and they refrain from conflict. As much as possible, they don’t want conflict.
They procrastinate and tends to be lazy. They are a perfect match to Cholerics since they’d just agree on whatever people tells them to do. They need the drive and motivation of a choleric and cholerics like it because they want to command and control.
They seldom lead. Most of the time, they are ashamed of leading. They don’t want to be in front, they don’t want to be noticed. That’s why they need uplifting, encouragement, motivation. If you’re a boss to a phlegmatic then you should notice their work. If you do it, they will do and work more.
They are relaxed, good under pressure. But they seldom take responsibility because they have a lot of fears and their self-esteem easily drops.
