They’re sometimes known as peaceful phlegmatics. They “go with the flow,” they are easy to be with because they are peaceful and they refrain from conflict. As much as possible, they don’t want conflict.

They procrastinate and tends to be lazy. They are a perfect match to Cholerics since they’d just agree on whatever people tells them to do. They need the drive and motivation of a choleric and cholerics like it because they want to command and control.

They seldom lead. Most of the time, they are ashamed of leading. They don’t want to be in front, they don’t want to be noticed. That’s why they need uplifting, encouragement, motivation. If you’re a boss to a phlegmatic then you should notice their work. If you do it, they will do and work more.

They are relaxed, good under pressure. But they seldom take responsibility because they have a lot of fears and their self-esteem easily drops.

Strengths:

Easy going and relaxed
Patient and well balanced
Quiet but witty
Sympathetic and kind
Good under pressure
Makes a good parent
Good listener
Have many friends

Weaknesses:

Does not get enthused, they don’t seem to be excited easily
Lazy
Procrastinate because they don’t like to work
Unmotivated
Indecisive

Have you ever faced the mirror and asked yourself about why you are like this.. and like that.. and sometimes thought that you want to get rid of your weaknesses and envy the character or personality of your friend or colleague?

Haha..please don’t ever beat yourself up and wish to have somebody else life. Because that’s the only life you have, no return, no exchange.

I figured out that we need to first have a clear understanding on who we are so we could change for the better what needs to be changed.

A lot of relationships blow up because two people are just extremely different and when both of you are together it’s like ..tenen!..World War 3.

So start knowing about “Temperaments, Personality” and save your relationship with your spouse, future spouse, friend, family, boss, brother, sister, etc.
